We are registered as a Private Limited Company in England in February 2007. Pursuant to our company incorporation, a restructuring scheme was implemented to integrate various companies involved in property development, real estate construction, property holding, property management and marketing professionals to regroup under Downtown New Homes Ltd.

From our core business of property development and construction, the group’s business activities will expand to include land acquisition and consultancy, hotel and resorts, power & energy, manufacturing, distribution of automobiles, hospitals, agriculture, finance, oil & gas, trade skills & academic institutions, aviation, builders depot, and retails.
